VTM-200
The VTM-200 is a high-capacity system designed for vibration testing of large exterior automotive lamps in full compliance with FMVSS 108. It features a 2¾ ft × 5 ft (838 mm × 1524 mm) mounting surface with FMVSS-compliant cams, a removable force-gauge holder with RPM gauge, and a shock-absorbing, heavy-duty frame measuring 5 ft × 3 ft × 3.5 ft. An external wall-mountable controller with a 10-ft cord and both metric and imperial mounting holes provide added flexibility, delivering durable, precise, and adaptable automotive lighting compliance testing.
VTM-100 heavy duty vibration test machine
This device has precise, simple adjustments of force and tension, along with motor speed control to allow for the testing of many different components for possible mechanical failures due to vibrations.
Follows SAE and FMVSS108 for vibration testing
As specified in SAE J575 and SAE J577, the VTM-100’s larger table allows for holding larger fixtures without overhang, yet still meets the FMVSS-108 requirement
